The video shows the results of the experimentation on the collection, management and visualization of data on the state of trees, in the Highlander Project.
The experimentation used tree-talker sensors, which are installed directly on trees. The reference standard is the sensor things API, a standard protocol of OGC. The data from these sensors can be accessed through different clients. In this experiment, you can see the access and visualization of the data through the geographic client of Dedagroup, which is called GeoNext. In this example, GeoNext allows us to see 20 tree-talker sensors in the Paneveggio park in Trentino.
